Why don’t we offer the free trial anymore?
We do consider free trials an important tool for customers to get a feel for a business, but as it costs a considerable amount of money to buy extra movies and send them to trial customers, we would need to build these costs into our existing members monthly plans to help pay for the offer.
We don’t believe it is fair on our existing members, and pride ourselves on having the cheapest deals in this industry. Please compare for yourself and you decide how much you want to pay.
Feel free if you like to trial other sites, and if you think this is the way to go to rent movies, you are more than welcome to join us. Whether you like the others or not, we believe we have the best customer service and with our ratio of buying titles to requests, you will also see a lot more New Releases a lot faster with us.
